President Buhari reappoints Jelani Aliyu as NADDC DG

President Muhammadu Buhari has re-appointment Mr Jelani Aliyu as the DG/CEO of the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC) for another term of four years.

A statement by Assistant Director in the council’s public relations unit Felicia Oyebolu says the reappointment letter was signed by the secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr Boss Mustapha.

Mr Jelani Aliyu, a renowned auto designer was the first appointment in April 2017, by President, Muhammadu Buhari in recognition of his innovations in the automotive industry particularly his notable contribution to General Motors in the United States of America.

The statement also stated that Aliyu was re-appointed on the recommendation of the Minister for Industry Trade and Investment Otunba Richard Adeniyi Adebayo.
