Shan George recently fell victim to a financial scam, losing a significant amount of money. The popular Nollywood star took to social media to share her harrowing experience, hoping to raise awareness and prevent others from falling into similar traps.
Shan George captioned her post saying; “I need help cause I’m dying. This person has just cleared my account. Please my people, everyone please help. Please Zenith bank reverse it, I can’t access my app I’m dead”.
Withing hours, the scammer made two unauthorized withdrawals from Shan George’s account. The scammer managed to withdraw a staggering 3.6 million Naira from Shan George’s Zenith bank account. The actress was left in shock as she saw her hard-earned money vanish into thin air. In addition to the large sum, the scammer also withdrew an additional 55,000 Naira from Sha George’s Zenith bank account.
Devasted by the loss, Shan George decided to share screenshots of the transactions on her official instagram page.
