The Nigerian Port Authority (NPA) said on Monday that 21 ships in Lagos ports unloaded bulk wheat, general cargo, fuel, containers, base oil, trucks and frozen fish.
According to the NPA shipping position report, another 18 ships loaded with petroleum products, food and other goods were expected between January 10 and 16.
The authority said the ships were expected to arrive at the Lagos Port Complex.
It indicated that the vessels were carrying general cargo, bulk sugar, frozen fish, bulk gypsum, bulk salt, and butane gas.
Meanwhile, eight other ships that had arrived at the ports were waiting to dock with general cargo, bulk wheat and bulk sugar.
