NEPZA staff urged to rededicate themselves to service

Professor Adesoji Adesugba, Managing Director of the Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority (NEPZA), has implored the staff to use the celebration of Eid-al-Kabir to devote their lives once again to service, trust and love. commitment to work.

Adesugba gave the advice on Tuesday in Abuja, in his message on the occasion of the celebration of Eid-El-Kabir 2021 to NEPZA staff.

“It is with a great sense of brotherhood and duty that I, the Director-General, congratulate all the staff of the Authority, in particular, the Muslims among us on the occasion of the celebration of Eid-El -Kabir of this year.

“Consider ourselves as brothers and sisters and avoid religious bigotry, tribalism, nepotism and all the backward virtues that can only set us back as a people,” he urged.

According to him, the occasion echoes the trial and victory of Prophet Ibrahim by Almighty God who ordered him to offer his son as a sacrifice.

He noted that the meaning of Allah’s command to Ibrahim was simply a test of his patience, commitment, love, obedience and trust in Allah’s precepts.

“Suffice it to say that the successful trial of Prophet Ibrahim gives us children the influence to continually celebrate and reap Allah’s grace and reward of the occasion,” he added.

In addition, he reminded staff that the repositioning of the Authority remains a team effort.

“I urge everyone to be on the bridge as we carry out this onerous task to accelerate the country’s economic growth and industrialization,” Adesugba said. (NAA)
