Burna Boy is first Nigerian singer with UK silver album

Popular Nigerian musician, Damini Ogulu, aka, Burna Boy, has become the first Nigerian musician with a certified silver album, “African Giant” in the UK.

Burna Boy took to his Instagram handle to announce the news, saying he is happy concerning the development.

The music star also appreciated the love from his fans and reciprocated by thanking everyone who has supported his music and career.

He wrote: “AFRICAN GIANT SILVER IN THE UK & OWN IT X2 PLATINUM.

“Shouts to my brudda Stormzy and love to everyone that supports us. Go stream `REAL LIFE’ now.”
